Biography
Eight ‘best-in-show’ awards at major Plein air events. First place in the Art Renewal Center’s 15th Salon in the Plein air category. Participant in the American Masters Show at Salmagundi Club in 2017. Certificate of Excellence at the 2018 International Portrait Competition.
Artist Statement
I took to Plein air painting around 2006 and have been an avid practitioner ever since. Cityscapes and waterfront vistas are my favorite subjects, and I often paint such scenes in a reportorial manner.
