ARTIST SHORT BIO
I Love paint barefoot, dancing while creating, striving to capture the feel of the day and sense of place with uplifting color, brushstrokes and composition. Each location offering endless inspiration. He loves the water and racing and painting sailboats. “When painting, I feel all is right with the world!” The US Coast Guard & Dept of Homeland Security bestowed Kirk five Citations for Art as Public Service and the USCG Museum selected Kirk’s COGAP Art, for their Annual card. He’s recognized with over 199 awards including: Museum purchase awards & 11 Awards in 18 months from Plein Air Magazine Salon.
