Private affair – closed to the public
First Taste of New Bern Meet & Greet
Be the host for the event that offers the first taste of New Bern to our visiting artists. It is a private event for artists, sponsors, donors and top collectors….plus 10 guests of your choosing. This event will furnish guests a preview of the first paintings completed for the week, highlighting New Bern.
Wine, beer and a specialty cocktail will be served with hors d’oeuvres created by
Guest French Chef Marc Bost.

CASSATT LEVEL DONATION
VIP Passport Competition Preview
Join other hosts in a festive event that offers the first view of the competition paintings.
Jurors PHIL STARKE & SHANNA KUNZ will give comments on the award-winning pieces. This is a private event that offers the first opportunity for seeing the competition paintings and speaking personally with the artists.
This private event will be Saturday, May 17, 5:00 PM-6:00 PM Reserved Parking
Wine, beer and a specialty cocktail will be served with hors d’oeuvres created by
Guest French Chef Marc Bost.
This Collective Sponsorship may be in-kind services or donation on the MONET LEVEL or above
The doors will open to the public at 6:00 PM for friends and family to join in the festivities & awards celebration. Cash bar & food trucks will complement the live music.
Thank you wrap-up
Snacks will make the packing and saying good-bye until next year a joyful occasion. Volunteers, hosts, and artists will join together to help artists get packed up and the gallery broken down and stored until 2025.
