Feature Artist JILL BANKS demonstrates painting Historic Down Town – sponsored by Rosemary Brushes

Jill Banks our top producer in 2024 is returning to do her magic with a brush and canvas in 2025. Demonstrating her approach to painting historic downtown subjects, she will be set up in front of ROSEMARY BRUSHES, a Van Gogh level sponsor for NC Plein Air. You’ll  have plenty of moments to duck into Mitchell’s to check out all the nooks and crannies that have been a vital part of New Bern since 1898.

Grab your hat, sunscreen, (or umbrella) along with a lawn chair and watch in real time the creative process from the beginning to the end.  Rub shoulders with Jill as she demonstrates her painting approach and techniques for those in attendance.
